Profile of Imrana Khatoon: A Student and Writer
Imrana is a 19-year-old student who completed her schooling from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in New Delhi, India. Her subjects in Class 12 were English, History, Political Science, Psychology, and Painting. Her result was declared in May 2025.
She recently started her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) — one of India’s leading institutions for professional and distance-learning programs — starting August 2025. Her goal is to pursue higher studies at a top foreign university.

International Participation
Under the UNESCO Youth Project, Imrana participated in the 2026 Multimedia Competition organized by the U.S. Federation of UNESCO Associations and Clubs. Her project – in the form of a comprehensive project report including a video presentation – focused on “Transforming Education Through Skill-Based and Concept-Oriented Learning” under the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4, Quality Education.
OpenAI AI Foundations Course
In July 2026, she completed the AI Foundations Course conducted by the leading artificial intelligence company OpenAI (the maker of ChatGPT) through the OpenAI Academy. She received from OpenAI her AI Foundations Course Completion Certificate, marking the successful completion of the program.
