Modi Launches Major Financial Scheme for Bihar Women Amid Claims of Electoral Manipulation Smokescreen

RMN News Report Highlights:

💰 Modi launched the Bihar Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana (Rs 7,500 crore). Critics allege the scheme, which transferred Rs 10,000 to 75 lakh women, is only a Smokescreen to hide ongoing election manipulation, including EVM fraud and creating false voter rolls.

🤥 This financial initiative is an “action replay” of “Modi’s guarantee” in Delhi. Although Modi and BJP allegedly won the 2025 Delhi election fraudulently, they reportedly did not distribute the promised money (Rs. 2,500/month), leading Delhi women to label Modi a liar.

📊 The political research report, “Unveiling the Smokescreen of Indian Democracy,” alleges that Modi’s electoral dominance relies on fabricated factors masking manipulation. Consequently, nearly 1.4 billion Indians are reported to be suffering under the Modi regime with unprecedented poverty, inflation, and lawlessness.

🎬 The serious allegations detailed in the research have prompted a worldwide Call to Filmmakers for a global political thriller titled “The Smokescreen”. Since the opposition (Congress led by Rahul Gandhi) is described as very weak, Modi and BJP are expected to keep winning elections “at will”.

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi reportedly launched the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana for Bihar on Friday, September 26, transferring Rs 10,000 each to the bank accounts of 75 lakh women in the state. The scheme, valued at Rs 7,500 crore, also holds the promise of additional financial support of up to Rs 2 lakh for women to enhance their entrepreneurial skills in the future.

However, critics allege that this financial initiative serves as a Smokescreen behind which Modi and the BJP plan to secure victories in various State elections and Lok Sabha elections through alleged electoral manipulation. These ongoing frauds are reported to include manipulating Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), creating false voter rolls, engaging in vote-buying, intimidating voters, misusing government resources, utilizing fake voters, and conducting misinformation campaigns.

This alleged strategy is seen as an “action replay” of “Modi’s guarantee” in Delhi, announced earlier this year, promising to pay women Rs. 2,500 per month. Although it is alleged that Modi and the BJP won the 2025 Delhi election by means of false voting and EVM frauds, reports claim that the promised money was never distributed, leading Delhi women to label Modi a liar.

The Election Commission of India (ECI), which operates under the Modi government, is mostly alleged to be complicit in these crimes. A dedicated microsite currently explains the legal, political, and technological risks associated with holding elections using EVMs in India.

After winning the Assembly election fraudulently in Bihar, Modi and BJP will claim that they have won because Modi had announced financial help to women. But actually election manipulation will help them win.

Modi’s alleged tactics are documented in the recent political research report, “Unveiling the Smokescreen of Indian Democracy: Fabricated Factors Masking Electoral Manipulation,” which alleges that the Modi-led BJP’s electoral dominance relies on fabricated factors that mask underlying manipulation.

It is claimed that because elections are allegedly not fair and transparent, honest and educated candidates are often not elected. Consequently, nearly 1.4 billion Indians are reported to be suffering under the Modi regime, grappling with unprecedented poverty, corruption, inflation, unemployment, lawlessness, and religious animosity.

The political research detailing these serious allegations has served as the basis for a worldwide Call to Filmmakers to produce a global political thriller titled The Smokescreen. With the main opposition party, Congress, led by Rahul Gandhi, described as very weak, Modi’s election manipulation reportedly goes unchallenged.

As a result, Modi and BJP will continue winning elections “at will,” while Rahul Gandhi will keep making “meaningless rhetoric” on ineffective social media sites such as Twitter and YouTube.
