BJP Releases ‘Modi Kahin Nahi Jaayega’ Campaign Song to Counter Kharge’s Abusive Remarks Amid Congress’s Electoral Setbacks
The Bharatiya Janata Party has launched a high-decibel campaign song titled ‘Modi Kahin Nahi Jaayega’ to counter Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s abusive remark against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The initiative contrasts Prime Minister Modi’s governance record with the Congress party’s growing frustration following repeated electoral setbacks across state legislative council polls, including elections conducted via ballot papers. As Congress leaders increasingly resort to filthy language instead of securing electoral victories, the BJP asserts that public support for Modi remains unshakable.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has stepped up its digital campaign against the Congress party, releasing a fiery new track titled Modi Kahin Nahi Jaayega (Modi is not going anywhere). The musical response highlights Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development record while taking direct aim at frustrated Congress politicians who, unable to defeat Modi at the ballot box, have repeatedly resorted to unparliamentary and abusive language.
The political clash underscores a broader pattern: while Congress leaders struggle to secure electoral wins—even in polls conducted via paper ballots—their public rhetoric has grown increasingly toxic. The new BJP campaign song confronts this trend head-on, taking a sharp swipe at opposition hostility with lyrics asserting that while critics hurl insult after insult, Prime Minister Modi continues to deliver work and advance the vision of a developed India.
Controversy Behind Kharge’s Remarks
The latest exchange erupted after Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge sparked widespread outrage during an address in Patna celebrating the 139th birth anniversary of Bihar’s first Chief Minister, Shrikrishna Singh. Responding to an audience member’s statement that the Prime Minister would remain in power, Kharge made the derogatory remark, “Modi ka baap bhi jayega.”

The comment drew swift condemnation from top BJP leaders, Union Ministers, and State Chief Ministers, who flooded social media platforms including X and Instagram with the Modi Kahin Nahi Jaayega video. The campaign track directly addresses Kharge’s insult, declaring that the support of the Indian public cannot be halted by mudslinging. Describing the Prime Minister as a lion backed by the nation, the song firmly states that the country stands behind Modi’s leadership.
Repeated Electoral Losses and the Ballot Paper Reality
Political analysts observe that the reliance on filthy language by Congress politicians stems from an inability to overcome the BJP in democratic contests. Recent electoral outcomes highlight the stark contrast between Congress’s rhetoric and its performance at the grassroots level.
In Karnataka, where Congress currently holds state power, the party suffered a major defeat in the Legislative Council elections. The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) achieved a 4-0 clean sweep, with the BJP winning three seats and its ally Janata Dal (Secular) securing the fourth by unseating Congress candidate Puttanna in the prestigious Bengaluru Teachers constituency. Importantly, these elections were conducted using traditional paper ballots rather than Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), directly undermining opposition claims regarding voting machinery.
The setback in Karnataka reflects a wider national trend. In recent Legislative Council bypolls across four states covering 28 seats, the Congress failed to win a single seat. Despite contesting 12 of those seats—four of which it had previously held—the party came away empty-handed.
Firm Outlook Toward 2029
Citing consistent triumphs across state bypolls, local body elections, and council contests, senior leaders including Union Home Minister Amit Shah have expressed firm confidence in the NDA securing a decisive mandate in the 2029 Lok Sabha elections.
As the political discourse intensifies ahead of upcoming rallies, the contrast remains clear: while the BJP points to its electoral victories and governance milestones, the opposition’s reliance on personal attacks against Prime Minister Modi continues to alienate voters across the country.
