The RMN News Service urges Delhi residents to utilize both the “Clean House” service for housing society-related crimes and the RMN Consumer Rights Network (CRN) to fight against corporate fraud, misleading advertising, unsafe products, and, critically, government negligence.

Today’s disturbing image – by Rakesh Raman, Managing Editor, RMN News – from New Delhi lays bare an undeniable truth: a massive, sprawling pile of waste and filth has taken over a significant stretch of a Delhi road, transforming a public thoroughfare into a hazardous dump. This is not merely an eyesore; it’s a testament to the alarming absence of effective administration capable of addressing even the most basic civic sanitation.

The direct consequences of this pervasive neglect are dire. Such widespread filth becomes a breeding ground for life-threatening diseases, while the sheer volume of debris on the road poses serious risks of accidents for commuters and pedestrians alike. It’s a clear indicator that the welfare of Delhi’s citizens is being severely compromised.

This crisis is rooted in what appears to be large-scale corruption permeating the Delhi Government, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). These government bodies, described as “sarakari parasites,” are reportedly ignoring citizens’ complaints, allowing public spaces to decay unchecked.

The rot, however, extends beyond just road-side garbage. A parallel narrative of corruption and crime unfolds within Delhi’s cooperative group housing societies (CGHS), where management committees (MCs) are allegedly engaged in illegal construction, extortion, and intimidation.

This criminality, as reported by the “Clean House” service (running for seven years to assist residents), persists because politicians, bureaucrats, and police officials are purportedly bribed, turning a blind eye to these illicit activities.

To the residents of Delhi: It is imperative to raise your voice against this unacceptable state of affairs. RMN News Service urges you to utilize the RMN Consumer Rights Network (CRN) – a free and public-interest online initiative designed to empower citizens to fight against corporate fraud, misleading advertising, unsafe products, and, critically, government negligence.

Housing Society Complaints: You can also utilize our online “Clean House” service to file your complaints against the crime and corruption being committed by the management committees (MCs) in Delhi’s cooperative group housing societies.

Your active participation is not just important; it is vital to demand accountability and enforce the fundamental changes needed for a safer, healthier, and more just Delhi.
